What is Letseat.Com.Cy? Letseat.Com.Cy allows the ordering of takeaway food from local restaurants using the Internet. We specialise in supplying Restaurants and Takeaways with their very own 'online order system'. We also supply a unique marketing and design solution to go with each individual 'online ordering website' that guarantees you more business to your Takeaway or Restaurant.
How do I use LetsEat? Enter your address or post code and we'll show you restaurants near you that offer pickup or delivery. From there, you can easily place your order online or by phone.
Why do you need my postcode?We use your postcode to provide you with a list of restaurants that serve your area
Do I need to be a member to order? No - you may browse our site and even order as a guest. However, you will get the most use from our service if you join first.
How do I order online? Choose from one of our online ordering enabled restaurants, peruse the menu and select the items you'd like to order with a click. If options are required, e.g. pizza toppings, you'll be prompted to choose them. Once you're through with ordering, click the green "Finish Ordering" button on the left and follow the checkout instructions from there.
Did my order go through? If you received a receipt via email, the restaurant is hard at work on your order. See, right when you hit the button, we shoot your order off to the restaurant. We wait for them to confirm it before sending you your receipt. All of this should happen within 10 minutes. If it's been that long and you're still waiting for a receipt, chat us and we'll find out what's going on. Oh, and don't forget to look in your spam folder.
Can I change my order after I place it? Maybe. If the restaurant has already started preparing your order, they may not be able to change it. Rule of thumb: the sooner you let us know that you want to change your order, the more likely it is that we can get that order changed.
Where is my food? After placing your order, the restaurant confirms that they've received it and adjusts the estimated delivery time if necessary. Their estimate is in the receipt we email to you. If that time has come and gone, let us know and we'll find out where your food is.
Does it cost anything extra? Nope.Our service is free to use. You pay the restaurant the same amount you normally would - or less if you qualify for a special offer!
If this is all free, how do you make money? We thought this might come up. We charge the restaurant a small fee for each order we provide to them. So if you order 7 times from, say, Hank's Ham Shoppe, they will give us 7 tiny chunks of cash.
Is your site secure? How can I be sure? You know it. We employ all the security standards you know and love (think SSL), and only share what’s necessary to communicate your order to the restaurant (address and phone number – not payment details). On top of that, all of our physical data is kept in very secure locations – think that ancient temple at the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark and you're halfway there.
